Limited Product Warranty

Gloss Master (the “Company”) hereby provides this limited product warranty to the Purchaser, affirming that the Company will address limited warranty coverage of [5 years for Gloss Master Pearl / 10 years for Gloss Master Ruby / 15 years for Gloss Master Diamond] from the date of application against cracking and yellowing. The customer-issued certificate will contain only the selected product and its corresponding period. It is explicitly stated that this Limited Product Warranty pertains to the Product and shall be applicable only if the Product is used/installed strictly as per the manual/guidelines recommended/prescribed by the Company. The maximum liability of the Company covered under this Limited Product Warranty, at the sole discretion of the Company, is the replacement of the defective Product, without any charge, if the Product fails to perform during the Warranty Period. However, the remedy outlined herein shall be subject to the exclusions specified hereunder and does not cover any labour and/or consequential costs incurred by the Purchaser for use/installation of the replacement Product. The replaced Product shall remain under the original Warranty Period, without any extension thereto, for any reasons and/or manner whatsoever. To avail the remedy covered under this Limited Product Warranty, the Purchaser needs to produce the original Warranty Card and comprehensive description of the alleged Defect(s) to the Company. For digitally issued Gloss Master certificates, the downloadable original PDF warranty certificate serves as the Warranty Card. After installation care instructions PPF must be left to cure for minimum 48 hours for curing of adhesive and evaporation of moisture. However curing time may extend depending upon atmospheric temperature.

• Use clean microfiber towel and clean the PPF on regular basis.

• Avoid high pressure wash near edges.

• Remove external particle like tree saps, bugs, birds drop etc. immediately.

• Avoid using chemical based cleaner, degreaser, clay cleaner, rubbing compound, paper towel, rough sponges etc.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The validity of this Limited Product Warranty is contingent upon the strict compliance with all such instructions. Therefore, strict adherence to the instructions provided by the Company regarding the storage, handling, usage, installation and maintenance of the Product is mandatory. This Limited Product Warranty shall not extend to Defect(s) arising due to:

1. Damage resulting from fire, collision, accidental damage, vandalism, surface physical damage, surface rust, paint overspray.

2. Damage due to impact from heavy external sources.

3. Failure to adhere to the Company’s guidelines and PPF Care instructions, including but not limited to exposure to physical abuse such as chemical exposure (eg, harsh cleansers and solvents), extreme temperature etc. or misuse.

4. Unreasonable or unintended use of the Product.

5. Damage to the surface resulting from improper washing techniques, automatic car washes, or the use of incorrect wash tools causing abrasion, or by unauthorized third parties.

6. Installation of Products known or visibly defective at the time of installation, including, but not limited to scratches, scuffs, scrapes, or chips to the tinted surface.

7. Poor installation quality and general wear and tear.

8. Manually scratching and peeling off product, improper maintenance, cleaning abuse, etc.

9. If applied on repainted surface.

10. Use of coating like Ceramic, Teflon, Wax etc on PPF, application on non-metallic surface.

11. If installation is done by an installer not authorised by Gloss Master.

12. Degradation due to weather conditions not covered under warranty as well as slight changes in optical clarity, gloss, transparency, slight peeling off from edges do not fall under warranty coverage.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The warranties stated herein constitute the exclusive warranties extended by the Company in association with these products. No implied or express warranties are provided by the Company concerning the product, and all other warranties, including but not limited to those of merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose, are explicitly disclaimed. Products sold by the Company adhere strictly to the specifications stated by the Company in writing. Apart from the limited warranty stated herein, the Company does not offer any other warranties, whether expressed or implied. The Company’s sole responsibility under this warranty is limited to replacing non-conforming products. The Purchaser assumes all risks associated with the use of the purchased products, whether used independently or in combination with any other products or substances. Limitation of liability. No claim by the Purchaser of any kind, including claims for indemnification, shall exceed the purchase price of the products for which damages are claimed. Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable to the Purchaser, whether in tort, contract, or otherwise, for any special, indirect, incidental, consequential, reliance, statutory, special punitive, or exemplary damages. This includes, but is not limited to, lost profits, loss of use, loss of time, loss of revenues, inconvenience, loss of business opportunities, damage to goodwill or reputation, or loss of data. This limitation applies even if advised of the possibility of such damages or if they could have been reasonably foreseen, in connection with, arising out of, or as a result of, the sale, delivery, servicing, use, or loss of use of the products sold herein. Additionally, the Company shall not be liable for any liability of the Purchaser to any third party with respect thereto. Applicable laws and jurisdiction This Limited Product Warranty shall be interpreted, construed, and governed by the laws of India. The place of jurisdiction shall be Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. Non-transferable The warranty is non-transferable. In case the ownership of the vehicle is changed during the warranty period, warranty is not applicable. No modification of this warranty No person, including the vehicle owner, agent, dealer, or professional Installation company, is authorized to modify, alter, or extend the terms of this Warranty or to undertake or establish any obligations or liabilities on behalf of the Company.
