Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect your name, telephone number, email address and address; your vehicle’s make, model, year, colour, registration number and VIN or chassis number; service enquiries, installation dates, selected PPF product, protected areas, film roll details and warranty information; claim descriptions, photographs and other evidence; staff and owner account information, authentication records and relevant system activity; and basic technical information needed for website operation, security and troubleshooting.
We collect information directly from you, through our authorised staff, or through your use of our website and warranty services.
3. How we use your information
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, arrange appointments, provide requested services, register PPF installations, issue warranty certificates, verify eligibility, assess claims, maintain customer and installation records, send relevant service and warranty communications, maintain website security, prevent misuse and meet applicable legal, accounting and recordkeeping obligations.
We will not use your warranty registration information for unrelated promotional communications without an appropriate basis or consent.
4. Sharing information
Access to customer records is restricted to authorised Gloss Master personnel according to their responsibilities. We may use technology providers for website hosting, database storage, authentication, file storage and transactional emails. These providers process information as necessary to deliver their services. We may disclose information where required by applicable law or a lawful authority. We do not sell customer personal information.
5. Warranty records and verification
Warranty registrations may include customer identity, contact information, vehicle details and installation records. Public verification requires the warranty number and registered mobile number and is intended to disclose only the information necessary to confirm the relevant warranty. Supporting claim evidence is intended for authorised review, not public display.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including authenticated access, role-based permissions and restricted storage for sensitive warranty information. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security. We will take appropriate steps to address security incidents in accordance with applicable obligations.
7. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, administer warranties, resolve claims and disputes, and comply with applicable legal requirements. Warranty records may need to be retained throughout the relevant warranty period and for an appropriate period afterward. Information no longer required will be deleted or anonymised where reasonably practicable and legally permissible.
